Material Testing
Our incident-light microscopes are versatile instruments for the examination of technical surfaces, both in material testing and quality assurance applications. If low total magnifications are required, we recommend the stereo microscope Wiloskop, for highest total magnifications the H 600 AM 50.
For these microscopes, numerous accessories are available. For dimensional measurements, our microscopes can be equipped with the camera package Basler Microscopy pulse 5.0 MP.
