Live Blood / Darkfield
In darkfield microscopy, low-contrast objects shine up bright in front of an otherwise dark background. For the detection and assessment of microorganisms, a high-aperture mirror condenser (NA1.4 outer aperture) and a 100:1 objective with iris diaphragm are part of the configuration, resulting in brilliant darkfield images of highest resolution.
The illumination of the H 600 HP LED consists of a high-power LED, that of the H 600 LL HP 100 of a 100-W halogen lamp with internal light guide. The configuration with halogen lamp can be recommended to all users who want to detect even minute details in the microscopic image. Both microscopes are equipped with trinocular observation tubes and thus allow the direct installation of microscope cameras.
